Job Summary
Under frequent supervision, the Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a multi-skilled individual who provides a wide variety of clinical tasks/procedures for the patient as a member of the patient care team. The PCT provides any basic patient care duties and assists with tasks to assist with the progression of the patient's plan of care. PCT's don't perform phlebotomy. Patients served include infant through elderly adult.

What You Need to Be Successful:
Current CNA certification from MBON.
Six (6) months previous experience in a similar position, or a minimum of two (2) semesters of clinical experience in formal Nursing education with a certificate from MBON as CNA.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Satisfactory score on Written Screening Test and Competency Validation Assessment.
